Return and exchange
You are welcome to return all or part of an order (for example, any remaining balls), but we ask that you return only faultless items, no refunds for needles and accessories in damaged packaging or incomplete balls without label.
Should an exchange be desired, there are the following possibilities:
1. Tell us your replacement request by e-mail or put a note in the return. Your replacement order will be shipped as soon as we have received and processed your returns. The open amount of the original order will be deducted from the new invoice amount, in case of additional payment / credit our accounting department will contact you. Please note that in this variant, the waiting time until the new shipment is delayed accordingly. If you need the new order faster, we recommend the 2nd option.
2. Just enter your replacement request as a new order in our shop. In this way, you avoid having to sell out the desired item in the meantime and shipping will take place as usual within 24 hours. Once we have received your return, we will refund the outstanding amount as described under the item "Refund".
After we have received your return, we transfer within 14 days the order value excluding shipping costs (if no replacement is desired) back to your used means of payment. On request, we also issue an e-mail coupon code, which you can deduct at your next order under "Check & Buy".
