Winter is coming.  Well-timed additions: our wardrobe-essentials for a stylish start. Whether it’s a sweater, poncho or cardigan – each design stands out with versatile silhouettes and refined details. Of course, the yarns themselves help define the look, giving even the simpler designs a spectacular twist. With this in mind, Lana Grossa has added a new version to three of our most popular yarn qualities. SUMMER SOFTNESS is now suitable for winter, GIGANTE is available in finer bands and BASTA comes in block stripes. Added to this we have some newcomers! CASSATA reminds us with its fresh tones and colorful, irregular speckles that summer isn’t too far away. If that’s not a perfect essential, what is?

Here are our new additions in detail: WINTER SOFTNESS offers fluffy, featherlight comfort and voluminous texture that promises quick knitting results. GIGANTE fleece yarn was the inspiration for the GIGANTE MULTI, which creates delicate pinstripes instead of bold bands. It comes in 50 gram balls and is made from voluminous alpaca fibers with a blend of polyamide for extra stability. BASTA MISTA: faux fur remains on-trend, which is why we’ve added a gradient version to our bestselling BASTA. This loosely twisted yarn, known for its signature dramatic fringe effect, now also features bold generous stripes.
