You need
200 g of Lana Grossa Gomitolo Gala (60% pure wool, 38% acrylic, 2% polyester; 700 m/200 g) in Light Grey/ Medium Grey/Dark Grey (col 4023). Short size 7 mm circular needle or one set size 7 mm double-pointed needles [dpns].
Note: Hat is worked with 4 strands held tog throughout as foll: Take 1 strand from outside and 1 strand from center of ball. Wind off half of the ball, using a kitchen scale to check the weight = 100 g wound off. Fold strands in half and work with 4 strands held tog.
