Hexagons are crocheted and then joined to create these colorful pillow covers inspired by Moorish mosaics. Let multi-colored pillows peek through the openwork stitches for a nifty effect.

You need

Lana Grossa quality Organico (100% cotton, RL approx. 99yd/90m/50g/1 ball) blue/green cover: 3 balls/150g each in turquoise (col 17), midnight (col 13), petrol blue (col 44), olive (col 36) and dark petrol blue (col 23); red/purple cover: 4 balls/200g each in pink (col 47), purple (col 42), red violet (col 32) and coral (col 22). Size G/6 [4mm] crochet hook. Five ¾” buttons each in green and red violet [by Union Knopf, item 46286, col 26 and 58].

Measurements: approx. 22¾” x 24” (58 x 61cm)
